What you'll do

• Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, restrooms, fitness areas, and other common spaces
• vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors
• dust and sanitize surfaces
• empty trash and recycling and restock restroom supplies
• respond to spills and cleaning needs
• report maintenance concerns, damage, lost items, and hazards
• maintain carts and equipment
• follow safety and chemical-handling procedures.
