What you'll do

• Receive and triage service desk contacts
• troubleshoot Windows endpoints, Microsoft 365, identity and access, connectivity, applications, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices
• pursue First Call Resolution while following security and escalation requirements
• document tickets and maintain ownership through resolution or transfer
• identify and escalate potential cybersecurity incidents
• contribute to knowledge articles and process improvements.
