Marine Technician

The Marine Technician role is onsite in Kalispell, MT, with pay starting at $35 per hour; technicians with 10 or more years of experience may be considered for starting pay of $40 per hour. Jesco Marine & Power Sports is a Flathead Valley boat dealership and powersports business with more than 41 years of local operation. The technician diagnoses, maintains, and repairs boats and marine systems, including inboard, outboard, and surf boat systems. Accurate, efficient workmanship and repair documentation support the service team and help customers keep their boats operating reliably.

What you'll do

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and performance issues
• perform routine maintenance and scheduled service
• repair and replace components on inboard, outboard, and surf boat systems
• work with Mercury, Volvo Penta, Yamaha, and PCM engines and systems
• complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
• communicate with service advisors and teammates
• maintain accurate repair notes and documentation.
