The Caregiver/Teacher role is onsite at 7495 Calder Avenue in Beaumont, TX. Compensation is $10–$12 per hour. Creative Learning Center provides childcare for children from 6 weeks to 13 years old and operates Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The caregiver/teacher creates a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s development. Through age-appropriate activities, supervision, care, and communication with families, the role contributes to children’s emotional, social, and intellectual growth.

What you'll do

• Lead age-appropriate lessons, storytelling, and creative play
• maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom in compliance with childcare licensing regulations
• observe and document development and milestones
• supervise children during activities, meals, outdoor play, and rest
• provide care, emotional support, and positive behavioral guidance.
