What you'll do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules based on client needs, availability, skills, and compatibility
• manage call-offs, open shifts, schedule changes, and last-minute coverage
• communicate changes to clients and caregivers
• coordinate new client starts
• monitor overtime and coverage gaps
• maintain scheduling records
• support caregiver recruiting and onboarding
• work with administrative and operations staff to maintain continuity of services.
