What you'll do

• Respond to resident service requests
• troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues
• communicate repair progress to residents
• prepare vacant apartments through cleaning and minor repairs
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• inspect the property for maintenance and safety concerns
• report issues to the Service Manager
• organize maintenance supplies
• participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
