The Team Leader – Retail works onsite in Wichita, KS. Compensation is $16.96 per hour. The role manages and operates a Goodwill retail store while advancing Goodwill Industries of Kansas’s mission to transform lives and communities through education, training, and employment.

What you'll do

• Open and close the store
• supervise, train, and schedule sales staff
• support hiring and evaluations when managers are unavailable
• serve customers and handle complaints
• oversee inventory, stock rotation, checkout, and store presentation
• maintain sales and operating records
• review sales results
• and support store safety and secure bank deposits.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of management experience, bookkeeping and accounting knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with insurability. Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, and at least two nights per week.
