What you'll do

• Lead general accounting, inventory and cost accounting, and financial planning and analysis
• prepare financial reporting and business analysis
• identify performance trends and cost-reduction opportunities
• maintain internal accounting controls and policies
• perform month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations in IFS
• prepare forecasts and the annual operating plan
• partner with operations on spend reductions and utilization
• prepare capital investment justifications and track spending
• support audits and file required governmental reports.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, five to ten years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing, and ERP experience. IFS, capital equipment manufacturing, CPA or MBA, and POC accounting experience are preferred.
