The Automotive Service Business Development Center Agent role is onsite in Bountiful, UT. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with additional performance-based bonus opportunities. The position supports Performance Toyota Bountiful’s service customers and the company’s multi-brand dealership operations. The agent helps customers access vehicle service by handling inbound and outbound calls and inquiries, booking and confirming appointments, and maintaining customer relationships. Meeting daily call and booking targets supports the service team’s appointment flow and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments
• answer inbound service calls and respond to customer emails and inquiries
• use internal scheduling tools to book and confirm appointments
• maintain customer relationships and handle concerns professionally
• meet or exceed daily call and booking targets of 100+ calls per day
• support Utah and Ohio stores.
