Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant works onsite in Raleigh, NC, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is not specified; the posting describes a competitive salary plus bonus opportunities. What you'll do

• Reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts
• analyze discrepancies and resolve outstanding items
• identify accounting process improvements, including technology and automation opportunities
• partner with the Controller and finance team on business performance and financial reporting
• document and maintain accounting policies and procedures
• ensure invoices are approved, payments are timely, and expenses are properly classified
• support internal controls
• collaborate with internal teams and vendors
• assist with accounting projects.
