What you'll do

• Build revenue plans and capacity models with Finance
• refresh territories and capacity quarterly
• lead weekly forecast reviews with the CRO
• establish HubSpot and Omni as reliable sources of truth
• improve pipeline coverage, win rates, and sales-cycle length
• design compensation plans and quotas
• build renewal and retention processes
• improve marketing attribution
• advise senior leadership
• build and lead a scalable RevOps team.
