What you'll do

• Lead recruitment
• manage onboarding, new-hire orientation, and compliant employment records
• manage biweekly payroll and review timecards
• answer staff questions about HR matters, benefits, policies, and procedures
• prepare and update schedules and daily staffing
• maintain the electronic scheduling system
• coordinate time-off requests to ensure nursing-unit coverage
• build working relationships with other departments.
