Project Specialist — Project Administration and Change Control

What you'll do

• Manage Change Controls supporting Technology Transfer projects through their lifecycle
• track actions, approvals, implementation activities, timelines, risks, and delays
• coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Validation, Regulatory, and Supply Chain
• schedule meetings, record minutes, and track action items
• support project planning, status reporting, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communications
• maintain audit-ready documentation compliant with site procedures and cGMP requirements
• support inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
