What you'll do

• Conduct onsite field investigations
• prepare concise reports using information, evidence, witness statements, and cost estimates
• maintain knowledge of relevant local and state laws and regulations
• respond to damage calls in a timely manner
• complete investigations within seven days and support claims managers
• record time, mileage, and related items accurately.
