What you'll do

• Perform massage services based on guest needs, preferences, and wellness goals
• customize sessions using approved techniques within licensed scope
• maintain professionalism, communication, draping, sanitation, and treatment-room standards
• explain regular massage and enhancements when appropriate
• complete service notes
• keep treatment rooms and work areas clean and organized
• follow policies and professional boundary expectations
• communicate guest needs, schedule changes, concerns, and treatment notes to front desk and management.
