What you'll do

• Manage recruiting from requisition development through accepted offer
• partner with hiring managers on requirements, qualifications, compensation, and timelines
• source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates
• coordinate interviews and support offers and onboarding
• recruit for federal customers and cleared roles
• build pipelines for contracts, proposals, recompetes, and anticipated awards
• maintain ATS workflows and candidate records
• develop recruiting processes, dashboards, and workforce plans
• advise leadership on recruiting strategy.

Why this role
