What you'll do

• Manage commercial insurance accounts, renewals, coverage updates, and client communications
• sell commercial policies and provide quotes
• build relationships with underwriters, clients, referral partners, and industry networks
• generate leads and develop new business
• cross-sell coverage
• track agency goals and customer retention
• assist clients with claims, billing, and policy changes
• network and market the agency
• maintain licensing and compliance records
• participate in marketing and community outreach.
