The Controller is an onsite role based in Kent, OH. Compensation is $155,000–$175,000 per year, supporting the finance team at Resilience Group. This role exists to lead all accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities. The Controller partners with leadership to provide financial insights and support continued growth.
What you'll do
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Prepare financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance.
- Oversee cost accounting, job costing, inventory, WIP, and variance analysis.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Partner with operations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Develop internal controls and coordinate audits.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.
