Registered Nurse (RN) Health Services Coordinator

What you'll do

• Provide health evaluations
• monitor and update examinations, immunization records, and treatment plans
• maintain current health records and follow-up
• monitor medication services and update Nursing Services Packets
• train designated staff in medication administration
• consult with staff on health matters
• coordinate with providers
• participate in admissions, discharges, follow-up, and interdisciplinary meetings.
