What you'll do

• Represent the brand professionally
• coordinate with resort staff to receive guest arrival information
• greet, present to, and incentivize prospective customers to attend sales-preview tours
• screen and qualify potential customers under company guidelines
• make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
• and attend training and department meetings while keeping current on marketing materials and industry trends.
