Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a hybrid role in Portland, OR, with four days onsite per week, paying $105,000–$135,000 per year plus benefits. The manager aligns customer commitments with internal program, contract, and financial tracking. By improving systems and information flow and coordinating across PMO, Engineering, HR, and Procurement, the role gives leadership and program teams accurate information for decisions.

What you'll do

• Track program status, hours, and risks with PMO
• review purchase orders against contracts and resolve mismatches
• maintain contract documentation and change tracking
• help resolve customer delivery or documentation issues
• improve use of SharePoint, Monday.com, Teams, and other tools
• support new system rollouts
• standardize processes
• provide operational updates and flag risks to the CEO
• maintain consistent timekeeping and documentation
• coordinate across teams
• oversee billing accuracy and project profitability
• review and flag accounts-payable and accounts-receivable issues with the bookkeeper.
