What you'll do

• Manage and coach Assistant Managers

• handle escalated customer issues and uphold service standards
• oversee daily operations and workplace cleanliness and safety
• manage schedules and shifts
• meet sales targets and KPIs
• manage budgets, expenses, cash handling, deposits, and reconciliations
• oversee new-hire and ongoing training
• monitor location performance and identify improvements
• complete sales, inventory, and staff performance reports
• enforce company policies and safety practices
• foster team morale and recognize strong performance.
