What you'll do

• Implement individualized treatment plans under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst’s direction
• observe, record, and report client progress and behavior
• manage challenging behaviors
• apply behavioral principles consistently
• assist clients with academic or life skills as needed
• communicate respectfully with families and the treatment team
• complete daily paperwork and data collection
• participate in training and maintain client confidentiality.
