Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor position is onsite in Summer Shade, KY. Compensation is $15.75 per hour. The role supports FiveStar store operations and customer service. The supervisor partners with store management to learn and assist with daily operations, direct team activities, and maintain service and safety standards. Coverage in the absence of store management helps keep inventory, food service, accounting, and customer-facing operations on track.

What you'll do

• Assist with store operations, including accounting, marketing, customer service, and food service
• direct and support store team members
• assist with training and policy communication
• maintain merchandising and inventory levels
• oversee general operations when store management is absent
• support food quality and food-service standards
• ensure equipment, paperwork, safety, and robbery-prevention procedures are maintained.
