Staffing Specialist

What you'll do

• Recruit, source, and interview candidates
• manage job orders from intake through placement
• build client and applicant relationships
• support onboarding paperwork and orientations
• respond to inquiries
• conduct employee and client follow-ups
• participate in networking events and job fairs
• maintain records
• assist with employee relations, attendance, and unemployment documentation
• support branch operations.
