What you'll do

• Supervise and develop Unit Acquisition Team staff
• lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• manage landlord prospecting and engagement tracking
• expand available rental-unit inventory
• coordinate housing needs with Outreach and Emergency Shelter teams
• develop landlord cultivation and stewardship plans
• coordinate education and marketing
• support accurate financial reporting and recordkeeping
• improve operational processes
• monitor data quality and outcomes
• prepare reports for leadership, funders, and partners.
