What you'll do

• Support day-to-day hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage
• assist the General Manager
• communicate and enforce department policies
• respond to guest requests, problems, complaints, and accidents
• coach, counsel, and train team members
• review room status to maximize revenue and occupancy
• recruit staff
• support human resources documentation and procedures
• ensure accurate no-show billing
• assist with or process payroll.
