What you'll do

• Gather and analyze requirements
• design, configure, test, and deploy Genesys Cloud voice solutions
• build inbound and outbound workflows and document call flows, routing, IVR, queues, and prompts
• integrate Genesys Cloud with Salesforce and configure CTI, screen-pop, call-to-case, and email-to-case capabilities
• develop and troubleshoot APIs and integration services
• configure analytics, reporting, and workforce management
• support testing, deployment, production validation, cutover, and migration
• perform root-cause analysis and maintain technical documentation.
