What you'll do

• Greet patients and visitors and answer information requests
• check patients in and out and verify or update information
• keep patients informed about physician wait times
• advise patients about co-payments, deductibles, and insurance eligibility
• maintain an orderly lobby
• coordinate physician schedules
• answer and return calls, take messages, and provide information
• handle mail, fax paperwork, and medical records accurately.
