What you'll do

• Support member questions and issues through support tools, email, phone, and in person
• maintain knowledge of services, processes, and policies
• create and maintain process and policy documents
• support renewals and retention initiatives
• prepare recurring and ad hoc reports
• use approved AI tools to summarize feedback, draft first-pass responses, and support content creation in accordance with company guidelines
• collaborate on projects and service initiatives
• travel up to 10% domestically or internationally.
