What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing
• care for pediatric patients with high-acuity needs
• follow care plans and physician orders
• use clinical judgment in the home setting
• maintain patient and family relationships
• meet requirements for an active Illinois RN license and in-person BLS CPR card
• provide G-tube, trach, or ventilator care, or be willing to train.
