What you'll do

• Directly supervise and support shipping office personnel
• ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• resolve issues involving customers, carriers, and drivers
• manage over, short, and damaged claims
• maintain accessorial charge documentation
• oversee employee performance and discipline as needed
• monitor operations against benchmarks
• troubleshoot system issues
• contribute to hiring and staffing recommendations
• participate in meetings and training
• support incident investigations and reporting
• cover for other supervisors.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM, subject to change. Forklift proficiency and experience with forklifts and pallet jacks are required; prior warehouse leadership is preferred. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
