What you'll do

• Support executive compensation program design and administration, including base pay, annual and long-term incentives, equity awards, and retention programs
• conduct market benchmarking and pay analyses
• prepare Compensation Committee and Board materials
• coordinate annual executive compensation reviews
• administer equity grants and reporting
• partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and external providers
• develop models and financial impact analyses
• mentor junior analysts.
