• prepare job progress reports covering completion, materials, labor, and issues
• communicate work plans to the workforce
• manage workforce placement and performance
• maintain a safe work environment
• report material, tool, staffing, and trade-related issues
• ensure accurate and timely time sheets and worker sign-ins
• coordinate subcontractor direction with designated supervisors.
