Facilities and Grounds Technician

Job overview

What you'll do

• Mow, edge, trim, prune, weed, and maintain planting beds
• monitor irrigation
• clear leaves, debris, and litter
• prepare for storms and freezes
• clean common areas and maintain pool and courtyard spaces
• manage trash and recycling areas
• inspect the site and report hazards or damage
• help clear and prepare vacant homes
• monitor contractor work
• communicate courteously with residents and route questions appropriately.
