What you'll do

• Inspect losses and create scopes in Xactimate
• document projects using Docusketch
• negotiate with insurance companies and close sales
• manage projects from contract through completion
• develop schedules and coordinate production teams
• recruit, retain, and manage subcontractors
• oversee material selections, permitting, and code compliance
• manage budgets
• complete change orders, supplementals, and close-outs
• navigate TPA and program requirements
• mentor production staff.
