What you'll do

• Serve as a main communication point for clients, partners, and stakeholders
• lead recurring meetings
• oversee staff work and professional development
• maintain plans, documentation, databases, budgets, and financials
• troubleshoot program issues
• coordinate contractor and partner training
• coordinate customer journeys and data
• report milestones and results
• prepare findings, performance reports, case studies, and blogs
• complete research and analysis projects.
