The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Flexible Options role is hybrid, combining in-person services in Alexandria, VA with remote telehealth services. Compensation is $80–$90 per hour. Blossom ABA Therapy’s clinical team provides behavioral health services and administrative support to help clinicians focus on client care. The BCBA assesses clients, develops and updates treatment plans, analyzes clinical data, and supervises behavior technicians. The role contributes to client progress by coordinating evidence-based services with caregivers, families, and other professionals and maintaining compliant clinical records.

What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and reassessments
• develop treatment plans and update programs
• deliver telehealth and in-person services according to client and program requirements
• analyze clinical data and make evidence-based treatment decisions
• supervise registered behavior technicians and behavior technicians through observation, coaching, training, and feedback
• collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals
• maintain timely documentation in accordance with payer requirements, privacy standards, telehealth guidelines, and state regulations
• communicate service-related challenges.
