Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the RN Supervisor coordinates and supports the quality of resident care and services in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. As a member of the Nursing Management team, the supervisor applies clinical judgment and leadership to support care delivery and the rehabilitation team.
