What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, feeding, mobility, and transfers
• monitor and report changes in condition, vital signs, and behavior
• document care and treatments
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans
• provide companionship and support socialization.
