What you'll do

• Manage the AP inbox
• process and code invoices
• match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
• research and resolve vendor discrepancies

• manage company credit card documentation and reconciliations
• maintain vendor records
• assist with payment processing and month-end activities
• document workflows
• identify process improvements
