The Licensed School-Based Therapist/Counselor role is onsite in Union, MO, serving multiple grade levels in the Schools of Washington School District. Compensation is $36.29–$39.29 per hour. Compass Health Network provides mental health services in school settings to support students and families. The therapist provides early mental health intervention and coordinated care so students can access support where they learn. The role combines therapy and assessment with collaboration among students, families, school personnel, and Compass providers.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on student needs
• complete evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment plans with students and families
• coordinate care with school staff and Compass providers
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• participate in school meetings as appropriate
• consult with school personnel
• support crisis intervention and safety planning.
