What you'll do

• Lead estimating processes and establish bid strategies and pricing methods
• analyze historical project performance and cost trends
• maintain cost databases and estimating systems
• lead and develop estimating personnel
• review plans and contract documents
• estimate self-performed heavy civil work
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• develop budgets, takeoffs, and bids
• assess risks and constructability
• lead estimate reviews and final pricing recommendations.
