It coordinates with customers and internal teams to support timely payment processing and accurate account records.

What you'll do

• Monitor accounts for outstanding balances
• prepare vendor agreements, emails, and lien waivers
• process customer payments, refunds, and account adjustments
• coordinate with customers and internal teams on payments
• gather documentation or escalate billing discrepancies
• generate account and collections reports
• maintain CRM records
• respond to billing inquiries
• support install invoicing issues with the Director of CMT.
