Behavior Technician (BT)

The Behavior Technician (BT) role provides school-based services in Berlin, NH, with full-time and part-time schedules available. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour. Granite State ABA Services, a Patterns Behavioral Services company, provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children and adults in settings including schools, clinics, homes, and communities. The technician provides one-to-one ABA support under a licensed BCBA, helping students build communication, independence, and daily living skills. The role follows individualized plans, documents services, and communicates student progress with clinical and school teams; training is available for BT candidates pursuing RBT certification.

What you'll do

• Implement treatment goals and behavioral strategies developed by the supervising BCBA
• help students practice planned skills and replacement behaviors
• support daily living and personal care routines
• collect session data and complete documentation
• communicate progress with the BCBA and school team
• attend required meetings and training
• travel to assigned sites within the service area.
