What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities
• monitor occupancy, revenue, NOI, and property performance
• conduct site inspections
• develop and manage budgets and financial reviews
• implement revenue and expense strategies
• recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate community managers and support staff
• ensure fair housing and landlord-tenant compliance
• oversee maintenance programs, capital projects, renovations, and transitions
• address escalated resident concerns
• collaborate on marketing and leasing
• prepare reports and action plans. Frequent travel between properties is required.
