Dealership Attendant — Part-Time

The Dealership Attendant role is onsite in Sacramento, CA. Pay is $22–$24 per hour, starting at $22 per hour. The role supports Carvana’s Sacramento showroom and its customer-first vehicle-buying experience. The Customer Advocate guides shoppers from initial inquiry through purchase and follow-up, helping customers understand vehicle options and complete transactions. The role also supports showroom operations, vehicle inventory presentation, and ongoing customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary showroom contact
• assist customers in person and through phone, email, or text
• facilitate showroom visits and test drives as needed
• support vehicle selection and order placement
• explain app connectivity, warranty, and maintenance information
• respond to leads
• provide product guidance
• support vehicle pickup and drop-off processes
• maintain and scan lot inventory.

Why this role

Part-time shifts are either 9 a.m.–5 p.m. or 11 a.m.–7 p.m.; weekend work is required and availability across all seven days is requested. Requires at least two years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, and age 21 or older.
