The High-Volume Recruiting Manager, Technology Client role is onsite at the client location in San Francisco, CA, five days a week. Compensation is $130,000–$160,000 per year. What you'll do

• Direct recruiter activities and high-volume recruitment processes
• update procedures and track recruiting metrics
• ensure qualified candidates are identified and screened
• deploy sourcing tactics and community recruiting resources
• advise hiring managers on interviewing
• conduct weekly staff meetings and review iCIMS reports
• hire and train recruiters
• ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, OFCCP, and other requirements
• partner with account and branch operations on recruitment, retention, and client concerns.
