Customer Service Representative, Manufacturing

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary customer contact
• respond to inquiries about orders, products, inventory, schedules, and deliveries
• process orders and maintain customer relationships
• coordinate production schedules and monitor inventory and outstanding orders
• communicate delays and issues
• collaborate with sales, planning, production, shipping, credit, collections, and quality teams
• prepare reports and support customer quality investigations.
