What you'll do

• Prepare sandwiches, salads, baguettes, and hot food
• make barista-prepared drinks
• restock food displays and shelves
• check and record food temperatures
• greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions
• follow food safety rules
• keep work areas clean
• set up, clean, and maintain equipment
• complete temperature checks and equipment tests.
